A very superficial look at the titled matter. An announcement of sorts, more like a regurgitation of a government press, about something or other relating to space. Not much of any information provided. But, a bizarre historical reference relating to government affairs from one hundred and fifty years ago is for some unbeknownst purpose included. This, despite the aforementioned reference having nothing to do with the main subject of the work. The Author does however include his own, apparently required, de rigueur, gratuitous snark. Don't waste your time on this dross.

This article presents the announcement, then proceeds to present one side of the discussion regarding legislation. There are one or two valid points raised, but no presentation of the other side of the discussion. Between being one sided, and providing almost nothing in the way of concrete supporting information, you basically waste your time reading this.

The article is accurate, but it does little more than announce Trump's recent announcement. It provides a bit of context on why the space resources legal framework needs changing, but it ultimately leaves this reader wanting for more.
