Williams keeps tossing feces and urine on the employees who work at the Will County Jail, according to the slew of charges filed by the Will County State's Attorney's Office of Jim Glasgow.Three years ago this month, who lives on The Hill in Joliet. The Magnolia Avenue resident has remained in the Will County Jail since June 1 after the Joliet Police Department arrested him on charges of unlawful possession of a stolen gun, unlawful use of a weapon by a felon and a charge of criminal trespass to a residence, which was an apartment unit in the 500 block of Bellarmine Drive in Joliet. As it stands, Williams' bail at the Will County Jail is $637,500. How did Williams wind up with such an odd figure for bail? That's because he continues to rack up more and more charges while he remains in the custody of Sheriff Mike Kelley and the Will County Adult Detention Facility on South Chicago Street.Will County Judge Daniel Rippy has ordered a mental fitness evaluation to determine whether Williams is fit to stand trial for all his criminal charges. Williams will appear in Rippy's courtroom on the matter Oct. 14. Here's a summary of all the charges lodged against Williams since this summer. Sept. 14: Williams was charged with public indecency and disorderly conduct. While inside the Will County Jail's day room for inmates after he exposed himself, the criminal complaint states. The disorderly conduct charge states he did this "in such unreasonable manner as to alarm or disturb" a woman who was at the jail facility. July 28: Williams was charged with battery after he "threw urine" on a 30-year-old fellow jail inmate who is from Bolingbrook, according to the charges.July 26: Williams gets charged with aggravated battery after Williams "threw a container with yellow liquid from his cell hitting (the female) Will County Sheriff Deputy ... in the face area." July 9: Williams was charged with disorderly conduct after he "knowingly exposed his penis and urinated onto the floor in such unreasonable manner as to alarm or disturb another (woman) and to provoke a breach of peace," the charges reflect.July 4: On Independence Day, Williams was charged with battery to a correctional officer after Williams made physical contact with one of the men employed as a Will County Sheriff's deputy in that Williams "threw a container with unknown fluids from his cell toilet hitting (the) Will County Sheriff Deputy ... in the face area," the criminal charges state. June 27: Williams was charged with criminal damage to property after he "knowingly damaged property, namely a window of Will County Sheriff Adult Detention Facility without Will County Sheriff's consent." Dog killing sentence: On Oct. 22, 2018, Will County Circuit Judge Sarah Jones sentenced Williams one year of imprisonment at the Illinois Department of Corrections after Williams pleaded guilty to the felony crime of aggravated cruel treatment of animals. Jones gave Williams good time credit for spending 41 days in the Will County Jail awaiting his trial in the fall of 2017. According to court documents, "defendant picked dog up and slammed (Sassy) cracking skull of dog open, then kicked (the) dog back into owner's yard. Dog passed away from the injuries sustained by defendant's actions." In 2015, he was convicted here in Minnesota of making terrorist threats and in 2016 he was convicted in here Will County of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon in a motor vehicle.
