Well now, here's some food for thought. My apologies. But you, dear reader, knew I had to go there. More seriously though, a brief but investigative look at some new scientific news making the rounds of late. Firstly, the links are very helpful in providing context. Secondly, the quoting and excerpted commentary by the study's Author lends weight and depth to the piece. While it is disappointing the full study is not to be had, the inclusion of and access to the Abstract is a welcome addition. A fascinating look at an extremely interesting topic. A decidedly worthwhile read. Well worth your time. You won't be disappointed. Four stars!

Great article that recaps the findings about Neanderthals, and discusses why they are important enough to redefine our knowledge about them.

A pretty good and well-sourced investigative look into the newest finding on Neanderthals' diet and what that might tell us about their brain development. I just wish the author had mentioned how these recent findings were discovered. for example, was the food dug up and found fossilized next to Neanderthal bodies? More insight here would have been helpful.
