The interview seems a bit glib about this crisis but not only does Mr. Brilliant offer his expertise, he also reminds us of the values and policy approaches that drive his expertise.
Sadly, his efforts at being heard about policy seem to have fallen short, and I would've loved some introspection about the reasons, which are still challenges we face today.
But all in all, very solid.
