WEATHER ALERTTags:&nbsp;Sign up for our NewslettersTags:&nbsp;HOUSTON – A mother is dead and four children are recovering after a two-vehicle crash in north Harris County.The crash was reported shortly before 9:30 p.m. Thursday night at the intersection of TC Jester Boulevard and Swords Creek Road.Investigators said 30-year-old Angelina Billups was driving a Chevy Traverse with four children as passengers, when police suspect she ran a stop sign at the intersection and slammed into a Cadillac sedan.Billups was killed. One of the children -- a 9-year-old girl who was in the front passenger seat -- was wearing a seat belt and suffered minor injuries. Three of the children, ages 6, 6 and 7, who investigators said were unrestrained in the back seat, were flown to a hospital for treatment of critical injuries. A father and son, who heard the crash, ran to the scene and performed CPR on a boy who was unresponsive. There were two 18-year-old men were in the Cadillac. The driver suffered minor injuries and was taken to a hospital. The passenger was not injured, according to investigators.Investigators said they are trying to determine what caused the crash. Neighbors complained of speeding along TC Jester.Sharon Taylor, secretary of Heritage Village’s HOA board, said she’s called the county about installing a traffic light for the past two years and did so again Friday.Also, it seems the HOA may another battle on its hands, involving a fence of a homeowner that nay block the drivers view.“By it being out like that you kinda have to inch your car out.
