The incident was the fourth injury shooting in Portland on Tuesday.Police didn’t say what led to the altercation. They didn’t publicly identify either person by name, age or gender.The two people were part of a group that gathered at Laurelhurst Park and marched to the Penumbra Kelly Building, a law enforcement facility shared by the city and Multnomah County at East Burnside Street and 47th Avenue.Police said protesters blocked Burnside Street traffic for several hours. Some protesters went onto Penumbra Kelly Building property early Wednesday, according to police. Three demonstrators were arrested in the protest, which was the latest nightly assembly against racial injustice. Demonstrators gathered in Portland for&nbsp;, took a break when the city was choked by wildfire smoke and&nbsp;&nbsp;Friday night.Tuesday’s first shooting happened that afternoon in the 1000 block of North Schmeer Road. A man suffered potentially life-threatening injuries, police said.The second happened that evening at a home in the 14600 block of Southeast Center Street. A woman suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was seriously hurt, police said. The suspect was detained.The third happened that night in the 12300 block of Southeast Kelly Street.
