Brandy McDonnell TISHOMINGO - Country music superstar Blake Shelton hosted a small group of Oklahoma foster kids on his Tishomingo ranch today for a fishing trip.&nbsp; director of the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation, and director of the Oklahoma Department of Human Services, both posted photos of the event on Twitter.&nbsp;Along with fishing, the youngsters learned about how to clean and fillet their catch and had a fish fry for lunch, according to the posts. the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation and Oklahoma DHS recently formed the "Fostering Outdoor Oklahoma Families" partnership. The agencies teamed up to host a fishing clinic for about 30 foster children at the South Lakes Pond in Moore on Sept. 12, partnering for the first time in an event the agencies hope to spread across the state.The Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation Foundation, a nonprofit group, provided free tackle kits for the kids and bought fishing licenses for the foster parents at the Sept. 12 event.
