Adam Kemp Congresswoman Kendra Horn and State Senator Stephanie Bice are set to square off in a debate next month just weeks ahead of the November election for Oklahoma's Fifth Congressional District seat.&nbsp;The debate between the two will be hosted by News 9 (KWTV) and will air live on Tuesday, October 13, at 8 p.m.Bice, R-Oklahoma City, is hoping to unseat Horn, D-Oklahoma City, in the 5th Congressional District, which includes most of Oklahoma County and Pottawatomie and Seminole counties after capturing 53% of the vote in a August runoff against Terry Neese, 72, of Oklahoma City.&nbsp;The U.S. Chamber of Commerce endorsed Horn earlier this month while the National Rifle Association endorsed Bice in the 5th District race.&nbsp;Horn released the following statement after the announcement of the upcoming debate with Bice:&nbsp;"Oklahoma’s Fifth District deserves a representative who can stand up to their party, who will show up for their state, and who can shake things up in Washington," the statement reads. "That’s exactly what I’ve done and will continue to do. I’ve hosted a record number of town halls and was recognized as one of the most accessible members of Congress. This debate will be another chance to discuss the issues important to our communities.”
