THE OWNERS ALSO TELL POLICE THAT THE CAT IS SHY - PEOPLE SHOULD NOT TRY TO CAPTURE IT THEMSELVES.  MANY HAVE QUESTIONED áIF THIS KIND OF ANIMAL SHOULD BE A HOUSE PET ... SPARTACUS IS OWNED LEGALLY AND PERMITTED THROUGH NEW HAMPSHIRE FISH AND GAME ... ALONG WITH A FEDERAL LICENSE, THERE ARE MANY OTHER REQUIREMENTS TO OWN SUCH AN EXOTIC MAMMAL.
