Before threading to screencaps and articles about Gaetz, Cryer ended the original tweet, which he tagged the politician directly in, by endorsing his opponent Democratic candidate Phil Ehr.&nbsp;"Rep. @mattgaetz invited a white supremacist to the State of the Union, attempted to intimidate a federal witness, and endorsed a sociopathic bigot who applauded the deaths of migrants for congress," Cryer wrote.Gaetz, an outspoken supporter of Trump who appeared at the Republican National Convention in late August, responded by referencing Cryer's former Two and A Half Men co-star, , "Charlie Sheen totally carried two and a half men."The actor and comedian quickly hit back, reminding the politician that he led the highly-rated sitcom for four seasons and received multiple awards for his work, including two Emmys for outstanding supporting actor in a comedy series and outstanding lead actor in a comedy series in 2009 and 2012, respectively.
