"We will review the petitions to ensure they meet the minimum requirements."In a second tweet, Pate said the review likely would not be completed until Monday.&nbsp;West's paperwork indicates he plans to run as a no-party candidate.The hip hop mogul announced on Twitter July 4 that he planned to run for president.&nbsp;"We must now realize the promise of America by trusting God, unifying our vision and building our future," he tweeted.&nbsp;"I am running for president of the United States!"&nbsp;But&nbsp;his wife, Kim Kardashian West, and urged the public to consider the context of West's actions."I understand Kanye is subject to criticism because he is a public figure and his actions at times can cause strong opinions&nbsp;and&nbsp;emotions," she wrote&nbsp;in an Instagram&nbsp;statement. "He is a brilliant but complicated person who on top of the pressures of being an artist&nbsp;and a black man, who experienced the painful loss of his mother, and has to deal with the pressure and isolation that is heightened by his bi-polar disorder.
