Crimes like murder, rape, robbery, burglary, assault, etc. will not interest the Stasi unless there is a racial component that can be exploited for political gain.One key feature of this new arrangement will be the lack of recorded crime. Crime will still go on – and almost certainly increase – but the Seattle Stasi and the Joseph Goebbels media will have a vested interest in NOT keeping track of it. In the eyes of the Communists the only real crimes are disagreeing with them, or telling “racist” jokes, or “microaggressions”, or other wacky “crimes“ they can think up. Not bad, but some regular cops outearned her! Second, per the KOMO news videos the pay cuts are “for the rest of the year”, specifically, from 9/2/2020 through 12/31/2020.If her retirement pay is keyed to salary, retiring now preserves what she’s earned AND sticks it to Seattle as much as she can on her way out. Her letter is conciliatory, her actions say “shove it”. She said “it feels personal to me” and she’s looking out for herself because her bosses in the CC haven’t.Good for her. Now move somewhere red and vote to keep it that way. And write a tell all.|Best is retiring only because she is losing her department and has become a target of the lunatic left. She carried out the stupid wishes of the city council for months. There is no integrity here.
