Attendees also saw pornographic images.“I’ll apologize to everybody for that display,” Judge Nash said after a sex clip was shown. “I was removing people as quickly as I could.”The meeting resumed about ten minutes later, then it was interrupted again by loud music.Clark, 17, is facing 30 charges of electronic and computer fraud for the July 15 intrusion into data of multiple prominent Twitter users, including former President Barack Obama, Bill Gates, Elon Musk and Kim Kardashian.“It’s, in essence, a scheme to defraud, but of course there’s been a lot of publicity because of some of the named individuals in the information whose Twitter accounts were compromised,” said Clark’s attorney, David Weisbrod.Prosecutors explain that Clark hacked multiple celebrity and company Twitter accounts, which he used to get people around the world to send him money in cryptocurrency. He is said to have routed the money to himself, making more than $100,000 within a matter of hours.On Tuesday,“The $117,000 represents the loss that we know of at least at this point, regarding the Bitcoin solicitation, the fraudulent Biocoin solicitation that was made on allegedly on behalf of internationally know and famous people,” said Darrell Dirks, the Hillsborough County Assistant State Attorney prosecuting the case.The judge kept Clark’s bond where it stands.Nash scheduled the next virtual hearing in the case and made a point when doing it.“Oct. 7, 1:30, by Zoom.
