The concept will be housed at 1533 North Shepherd Drive, Suite 100 Houston, TX 77008, according to Fox Restaurants.The restaurant is a part of Market at Houston Heights, which will be home to additional restaurants and businesses. Capital Retail Properties is developing the 30,000-square-foot, two-story Market at Houston Heights in partnership with Randy Wile of Wile Interests Inc. to fund the project, the Houston Business Journal .The new location of Flower Child will encompass a 3,500-square-foot space, and has patio seating available, according to the announcement. The location will open with limited seating and takeout orders, in line with current dining guidelines due to the pandemic.The farm-fresh eatery opened a location in the Woodlands in early 2020, and has a location in Uptown. It offers vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options.Flower Child takes pride in its Mother Earth Bowl containing ancient grains, sweet potato, portobello mushroom, avocado, cucumber, broccoli pesto, charred onion, leafy greens, red pepper miso vinaigrette and hemp seed. The restaurant also serves up tasty sides like its gluten-free mac and cheese and smashed gold potato.The establishment isn't the only Houston-area eatery developed by Fox Restaurant Concepts; Blanco Tacos + Tequila in the Houston Galleria is also a brainchild of the same company.
