(WTNH) — The man suspected of a double killing that happened outside a bar in Bloomfield back in February has been arrested.Russell Smith, of Windsor, is the main suspect in the killing of brothers Aaron Walker and Franklin Spencer, who were .Smith is charged with two counts of murder. The U.S. Marshals and Bloomfield Police arrested Smith on Aug. 6 around 7 a.m.A $5,000 reward was offered nationwide on Aug. 3 for information leading to Smith’s arrest.Officials believe he has been receiving financial assistance from 48-year-old Shakela Holley.On Monday, Aug. 3, she was arrested and charged with four counts of hindering prosecution second degree.
