It feels weird to have an article about the cost of a product that doesn't exist yet, and may never exist. I think there is information about how this deal works that is not out there in the popular media sources. It's a complicated deal and I don't think most people are doing the leg work to figure out how Pfizer will charge other countries fits into whole story of these vaccine deals, and this article certainly doesn't provide the context.
