This is of course the personal opinion and writings of author Andrew Sullivan, but he speaks about his leaving nymag with great balance and nuance. He covers the difficult media landscape and how he feels he can't do his best work inside of a "critical theory" dominated newsroom. I wish Andrew luck and great success as he moves to SubStack.
