A great article featuring a company and entrepreneur, Andrew Gazdecki, whom I know personally. This article does a nice job providing context around blockchain and cryptocurrency, background info on Andrew himself, and an inside look at how the Altcoin.io team believes it can become a leading decentralized cryptocurrency exchange.

Great primer on decentralized crypto exchanges & nice introduction to a new player in the space, Altcoin.io. Appreciated the call out to superior UX being a path to success for the decentralized exchange industry, which is plagued by terrible user interfaces. Only negative is the article is a bit too general (geared for a truly novice audience), and a quick visit to the actual website Altcoin.io gave me a ton more detail on what other big differentiator the company is tapping into -- the use of Plasma smart contracts to speed up ethereum transactions -- which is likely more important than the UX consideration alone.
