She was seen on cellphone video being punched by an officer as demonstrators and cops clashed near the Christopher Columbus statue in Grant Park last week.As the protest raged, that Lightfoot was planning on having the controversial statue removed, as early as Thursday night.Several of the protesters breaking into dance in celebration of the news.
