Clearly opinion yet refreshing in the idea of defusing the idiotic red team vs blue team divide and conquer strategy currently employed here in the US. Why we have so few justices hearing so few cases each year, many of which are argued by former clerks of the court and almost all white male corporate lawyers, should trouble everyone across the board. I applaud the author of this article for doing what the American public should do more of on a regular basis.... QUESTIONING SOCIETAL NORMS.
