Good article that humanizes children instead of punishing them for their parents actions. This kind of policy is pure fascism through and through. This is a window into propaganda and how fear mongering drives people to cruelty and insanity when they become drunk on power. The only way this story could be any better would be for the author to call this policy for what it truly is : A crime against humanity.
