Well-written look at the referenced issue. Additionally, the sourcing is very helpful, with the quoting, specifically from the law review article cited, being particularly expository and useful. Also, the piece adds contextually to the broader debate about the role of the federal courts in the US system of government and the checks and balances thereof. A worthwhile and important read which will leave the reader well-informed.

Article goes in depth, but not in depth beyond Obama Presidency, for reference.
That said, it's an important article to read, and quite worrisome for USA. Maybe we really are collapsing? We had 3 checks and balances on Presidency (Congress, Courts, and Press), and none seem to be functioning very well.
Even her making this statement alone is like a whistleblower from the Supreme Court giving people a warning that the rule of law is being smashed from the top.

There's some sensationalist language used throughout the piece, signaling the author's political leaning, but overall the piece provides good context and leads with the facts at hand.
