This article was a joy to read not only because it was written by someone with a clear understanding of the subject matter, but it's the first story I know of that's equal parts Tesla and Bitcoin. At first, I thought this might be a clickbaity story meant to lure in people like myself with an interest in both topics, but it proved to be a significant story with real-world implications. I expect there to be more conversations in the media about how Bitcoin should be mined, and it'll make for an interesting debate now that the public is more educated on the concepts of digital currency, mining, and blockchain.

The title is unlike the rest of the article. Balanced and forward thinking, the original source, Zerohedge.com, expands upon other factors into bitcoin mining, calling out to not to blame "the odd bitcoin miner." Providing context to bitcoin mining, inserting some statistics around power usage, and having a thorough understanding of the industry around bitcoin and bitcoin mining makes this for a trustworthy and newsworthy read.
