SubscribeBy|With all the negative news stories in the cycle, it sure feels good to report one that is positive.The missing New York girl, 9-year-old Charolotte Sena, was found on Monday after having gone missing for about 48 hours.Not only that, but police also reportedly have a suspect in custody in her disappearance.The New York State Police reported that Sena, who had been missing from Moreau Lake State Park in New York, had been found on Monday.Police were also able to take a suspect into custody.Police saw someone drop something in the family's mailbox around 4:20 a.m. Monday morning. Governor Hochul confirmed that the "something" was a ransom note for the little girl.Police ran the item for fingerprints, but they did not match the individual who was at the top of the suspect list for police. The prints did match someone from a 1991 DWI arrest in Saratoga County, however.That suspect was eventually identified as 47-year-old Craig Nelson Ross Jr. Police confirmed he was the same man that dropped off the note.Police found his trailer located behind Ross's mother's trailer and then stormed the camper to take Ross into custody. It was at that point they found the little girl stashed in a cabinet.Hochul stated, "Within the camper they located the suspect."After some resistance, the suspect was taken into custody, and immediately the little girl was found in a cabinet, covered. She was rescued."Charlotte was taken to a local hospital to be checked, where she was also united with her family.The Governor added, "Our hearts are with her family as they welcome her home."Thank you to the New York State Police, New York Park Police and all who worked so tirelessly to find Charlotte. It is because of their efforts that Charlotte will be able to return home safe to her family."Above all else, crimes against children sickens me, so this is a really big win for the good guys.I am glad that little girl is safe and if found guilty, I hope they throw the book at that monster.Don't WaitWe publish the objective news, period.
