Investigative

Considering the headline and topic, the reporting that went into the piece was very serious and investigative. Author Jason Del Rey does a fantastic job highlighting the on-the-ground experience of shoppers and how some of the platforms are making the right changes and others are not. This is a very interesting read that allows for nuance.
